THEIR STORY

The Bibby Booth is proudly owned by Josh and Sarah Bibby.  We serve what people like to eat!  Our most popular item is our New York Style Italian Sausage.  We buy locally made sausage from Sonnenberg’s, the oldest meat market in Spokane.  We top it with fresh grilled onions, green peppers and tomatoes.  These sandwiches are a Spokane institution and are delicious!

We also make the best garlic fries in the city.  We fresh fry shoestring fries and top them with a roasted garlic seasoning, then generously top them in chopped garlic. Garlic fries done right!

We round off our menu with a great philly!  Thin sliced beef grilled with our signature veggie blend, melted swiss and a fresh made chipotle mayo. 

We started our booth 7 years ago to serve delicious food and be able to spend time with each other and our kids.  If you want delicious food provided by fun professionals, contact us for your next event!
