Born and raised in East Texas, smoked meats are my passion. I moved to Washington in 2003 and what started out as yard sale BBQ quickly turned into smoked meats for family and friends birthdays, picnics, parties and more. I smoke my meats for 22-24 hours, truly low and slow. Just rub and smoke. In Texas we don’t use sauce but I provide sauce for my friends, family, and customers that prefer a little sauce on the side. I purchased my modest food trailer in 2016 and have been selling out ever since. I enjoy selling real Texas BBQ here in Eastern Washington, ship meats around the country, and cater to friends and customers. I look forward to providing you real Texas low and slow BBQ.
