I was born and raised in Hawaii where I was exposed to many cultures and styles of food. Hawaii is such a "melting pot" of people and it is very apparent in the cuisine. That is partially how we got our name, Hapa is a blend or a mix just like our food. With influences of Japanese, Chinese, Hawaiian, Korean, Filipino just to name a few, we want to share our interpretation of the "hawaiian style plate lunch" with you! Our goal is to provide freshly made, ono (delicious) food, giving you an authentic Hawaiian style meal and experience. Whether you are picking up dinner, having an office meeting or catering a celebration, we are here to help you have an unforgettable event.
