Scott Griffith is a Spokane native and has been involved in the business community for over 37 years. Scott’s idea of bringing exceptionally prepared espresso beverages to all kinds of venues became a reality in 1999. He designed and built the first Have Beans…Will Travel Mobile Espresso by renovating and refitting a 23’ Class C Motor Home.
This traveling coffee shop was met with huge success and Scott replaced the original mobile unit with a 14′ self contained pull-behind trailer in 2004. The mobile unit has its own power, fresh filtered water to serve the largest of venues. Have Beans Will Travel Mobile Espresso has a complete espresso menu including iced or hot beverages, Lattes, Mochas, Granitas, Cold Brew, Americanos, Italian Sodas and more.
Have Beans…Will Travel is a locally based, community-oriented business and Scott is looking forward to serving Spokane and the surrounding area with quality coffee products for many years to come.
