Mixed Plate offers unique and delicious Asian and Pacific Island influenced dishes you can’t find anywhere else. The ingredients are fresh, local, and healthy. Everything is made from scratch. Our menu consists of a perfect marriage between different cuisines, put together in the best way possible. We will also run chef specials where surprise and delicious go hand in hand.
Nat is a Thai native who spent half of her adult years on a beautiful island of Guam, where a variety of nationalities and cuisines meet. Her love for cooking started at a young age where she always found herself in the kitchen, doing whatever she could to help her mother prepare family dinners. In Guam, she helped her parents run their own restaurant while learning about other foods and cultures on the island.
Tony, being in the mobile food business since 2011, knew quite well the demand of good cooking. So when he asked Nat to put together an island combo dish for Live Nation to sample, we were immediately asked to cater for their VIP guests. We also are contracted at the Gorge and White River Amphitheatre where we offer our delicious Asian, Island, Mexican and American menus.
