Their Story

In 2010 One Night Stand Barbecue was born, this was the year that I started competing in the Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association.  My father and I built a smoker and named our team One Night Stand barbecue, after competing for seven years and catering for the past four years my passion for barbecue grew even more and that is when I decided to make One Night Stand Barbecue into a food truck/catering business.  

If you are looking for great central Texas style barbecue you will love what we have to offer.  Everything is fresh and smoked daily; we serve quality Angus smoked brisket, pulled pork, beef and pork ribs, jalapeno/cheddar sausage (made locally), chicken and turkey breast. We have a great selection of sides as well.  If you have not tried Frito pie this is a must item!!!  

We are available for catering year round and will bring our truck to your event to serve out of.  We can cater any event that you have weddings, work events, luncheons, reunions, holiday parties, and graduations. If you are looking for that really special occasion don't forget to order your whole smoked hog.  We look forward to catering your next event!
