Our truck is a newly constructed full service, self contained facility that has the capability , ability, and willingness to adapt to any menu or situation. Bill has over thirty years of experience in a wide range of food service situations. Over time we have acquired many national honors including “Best on Mountain Food in North America” at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, photo articles in both Bon Apetit and Gourmet magazines and four star ratings from the NY Times and Boston Globe newspapers. Because of this experience and extensive travel around the world his take on food is unique and always flavorful as well as colorful and fresh. We do everything from full plates, unusual sandwiches and paninis. We are able and willing to work with any special requests or dietary needs.
