THEIR STORY
Random Eatz & Catering (R.E.C.) is owned & operated by the Morgan Family. Launched in 2022, Dad-David & Eldest Son-Seth began making fresh-squeezed lemonade with real fruit purees and serving at various farmer's markets around town. Mom-Robin & Youngest Son-Sam, helped as needed.
Fast forward to 2023, a couple of hot dog carts were added to the business and they started serving high-quality, all-beef hot dogs and sausages with their much sought after fresh-squeezed lemonade. Along side doing lunch service for various businesses around town, R.E.C. grew into catering business lunches, private family parties, car shows , large corporate events, concerts and much more.
In 2026, they have rebooted their logo, added a website and added two additional, larger carts that have more than doubled their catering capabilities. With Sam having returned from Culinary school and working his own cart, as well as, Robin doing a good portion of the "behind the scenes" duties, the family is fully involved and invested in this growing business.
They proudly serve 100% All-Beef Hot dogs (no fillers), a variety of Pork Sausages (several with no fillers or unrecognizable ingredients), along with the ever popular German Brats and some local sausages. With some interest, a Vegan dog and Gluten Free options are available, upon request. The large selection of condiments and "Random Creations" are often changing, so the customers have a lot to choose from.
