Find your way- Fuel your day
The Compass Breakfast Wagon offers delectable biscuits, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and of course "One-Eyed Jacks" -- you know, that fried-egg-infused-grilled-cheese-toast thing your grandpa used to make you. The thing that has about 30 different names (egg in a hole, treasure island, birdie in the nest, egg on a wall, toad in a hole, etc. etc.) Yep, we do fancy, local-sourced versions of that simple family favorite!
For as many of our ingredients as possible, we keep it local! LINC Foods is our go-to farm co-op for eggs/meat/produce, our chemex and cold brew coffees are from local roasters Indaba and DOMA, and the blonde bread for our One-Eyed Jacks is from Common Crumb Bakery.
We park in the Lower South Hill neighborhood in Spokane (1600 W 10th Ave, Spokane, WA, 99204 -- near the Cenex Zip Trip), and we exist for the sake of the neighborhood: bringing people together around great food, hiring local people who need jobs, and benefiting neighborhood or food-related causes with a portion of each day's proceeds.
