When opportunity came a knocking, we answered the door, and that was the door to Toby’s BBQ! Tom Edlin and Doug Groat open for business on a hot day in July in 2012 and have been severing up our famous brisket and pulled pork sandwiches ever since.
Our inspiration comes from friends, customers, and anywhere there is a grumbling belly ready for delicious BBQ. Toby’s BBQ strives to offer great food and exceptional customer service every time you step up to the truck. This year we hope to expand into catering so look for us when you’re getting ready to plan your next family reunion or outdoor wedding!
